The company symbolizes and necessitates to the client that Pro Seo Company has the Experience and the aptitude to perform the seo and web based services required by this agreement; that we will execute our mentioned services in a professional, experienced, and timely manner; that it has the supremacy to enter into and carry out this agreement and also satisfies that its carrying out of this agreement shall not disobey the rights of any third party or any constitutional cyber law.

The company distinguishes and concedes that this agreement creates a private affiliation between the company and the client and that information relating to the clients business affairs, finances, methods of operation, documentations, and other such information’s, weather oral or written, is confidential in nature.

Pro Seo Company agrees to provide search engine marketing services and web based services as described in the order form and the agreement. Our company is approved to use the specific keywords or phases submitted in the Order Form, improving the website ranking, and/or arranging the contents of the Customer's URL(s) in search engines and/or directories. The density of keywords is set forth in the Order Form. Additional keyword purchases will require a separate Order Form.
